Region 
Choosing the right portfolio mix is similar to choosing on the stock market. We should avoid putting all our eggs in one basket and therefore diversify our portfolio across different wine regions. To this end, we should always keep a few classics from regions such as Piedmont, Tuscany, Bordeaux and Champagne in the portfolio. But it is also important to diversify not only across regions but also across countries and to include wines from Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and Austria, for example. 
 
Quality 
The first step towards success has been taken with the selection of wine regions for our portfolio. Now comes the main part of the research. Not every producer within these selected regions maintains the same quality standards. It is estimated that only 0.1% of the world's wine production reaches investment quality. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to select award-winning wines from top producers. 
 
Storage 
It is not enough to store carefully selected wines in an ordinary cellar if you expect serious returns. The importance of professional storage of wine is the key requirement to obtain world-renowned quality labels. Many auction houses won't even accept the wine if they feel that the storage requirements have not been met.

We are committed to providing the highest standards of storage, maintenance and insurance of your equipment on your behalf. The associated costs will be shared between the splint holders and included as an ongoing cost in relation to each asset. Exit fee 
When you sell an investment, you will be charged a flat fee of 2% of the transaction volume. This includes our expenses for sales on the secondary market, our costs for maintaining this market and our organisation of an asset sale at the end of the contract.

Dom Pérignon is the most famous prestige cuvée from Champagne. It is named after the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon, who was instrumental in refining Champagne to the standard we know today. The first vintage of Dom Pérignon was 1921 (released in 1936), and like most prestige cuvées, the Dom Pérignon is exclusively produced in the best vintages due to the house’s commitment to quality. The Champagnes receive continuous international recognition and are manifested as one of the world's greatest and most important Champagnes. A typical Dom Pérignon vintage is produced in at least 2 million bottles. Due to the exceptionally strong brand and enormous ongoing consumption, Dom Pérignon is very interesting from an investment perspective. Most people take top Champagne for granted without having any tradition of keeping the precious bottles safe, which makes the supply of perfect mature Dom Pérignon extremely scares and in high demand.
