Description

"Early investors benefit: David Yarrow's sales work on a tiered pricing method. As limited editions, tiered pricing means that the price of an image goes up the closer the edition gets to selling out. This is a critical element when investing in David Yarrow, as investors receive higher returns the earlier they acquire an artwork." - James Kerbey, Expert at Maddox Advisory

About Mohan
David Yarrow said that photographing a portrait of this white tiger is like embarking on a journey into a mythological fairy tale book and offers a visual experience unlike anything you've experienced before.

He further explained that his goal was simple: he wanted to do justice to the animal and particularly highlight its bright blue eyes. Knowing these tigers are extremely dangerous, he knew he needed the best camera and lens equipment to bridge distances and not lose any details.

David was aware that it would take him several days to find the right moment for a direct encounter. When it finally happened, he was lucky with the diffused light. He also acknowledges that this image would not have been possible 10 years ago; cameras have improved significantly since then.

He also mentioned that white tigers lack pheomelanin due to a mutation gene, which normally colors their fur orange. The first white tiger cub was captured in India in 1951 and brought back to the Maharaja's palace. It was named Mohan and fathered many offspring. All white tigers still in existence today are descendants of Mohan and live under human care.
