Quantities of Salon are already limited. However, this did not prevent Salon President Didier Depond from further reducing the number of bottles released on the long-awaited 2008 vintage of Salon Cuvée "S". Production was limited to just 8,000 bottles, and they were only produced on magnum.
Apparently, this was not exclusive enough. The 8,000 Salon Cuvée "S" on magnum was released in September 2019 - as part of a Collector's Case named: 2008 Salon Limited Edition Oenotheque Case. The case contains a magnum bottle of 2008 Salon Cuvée "S" as well as 2x of 2004, 2006 and 2007 in regular bottles of the same wine. And it is this case that you now have the opportunity to invest in.
In the exclusive Champagne arena, Salon is one of the strongest contenders. A key reason for Salon's popularity is that Salon Cuvée "S" is only produced in the very best vintages. This of course means that Salon guarantees ultimate Champagne quality time after time.
