Description
To ensure the competitiveness of the investment, we conducted a thorough verification of the purchase price by analyzing recent gallery transactions. Our analysis confirmed that the price offered, inclusive of all associated fees, is highly competitive. To estimate the potential ROI, we used the average annual price increase of his paintings over the past three years. For our conservative scenario, we assumed the value of the painting would grow at the rate of Swiss inflation, reflecting a defensive approach. In the balanced scenario, we factored in a 50% probability of realising a 39.2% (CAGR past 3 years) annual return for the period. Finally, in the ambitious scenario, we factored in a 80% probability of realising a 39.2% (CAGR past 3 years) annual return for the period. These potential returns over the next 5 years, under both the balanced and ambitious scenarios, are further enhanced by the 31% discount at which these works are offered compared to the current gallery prices for similar-sized paintings.
We will manage the exit strategy in collaboration with our expert M&A Arts on behalf of our investors, ensuring the best possible outcome based on market conditions at the time. Depending on the prevailing market situation, the paintings will be sold to a private collector or offered as single lots at an auction for contemporary art. An auction is considered if the price has developed to the point where the minimum bid matches the market value and there is high demand for works by the artist. Both options are carefully considered, and we will choose the one that maximizes the return for our investors.
For centuries art was collected for its cultural, emotional, intellectual, political, and economic value. Investing in emerging artists offers a mix of financial potential and personal satisfaction, making it an appealing option for both new and seasoned collectors.
Gregory de la Haba is an American interdisciplinary artist, writer, curator, and cultural producer. Born and raised in New York City, he seamlessly integrates fine art and street culture with a foundation in traditional artistic research. A skilled painter with a pedagogical lineage that stretches back to Jacques-Louis David, de la Haba is an exemplary practitioner of fine art whose conceptual practice resists categorization. His work explores themes of addiction, masculinity, and âDuendeâ, a heightened state of emotion, expression, and authenticity derived from pure artistic expression. Through this lens, he unlocks his true self in art and life.
His creative journey is profoundly influenced by his life in a city he describes as an enduring source of inspiration. His work exudes a remarkable energy and depth of color, drawing from the legacy of celebrated masters such as Mark Rothko, whose influence has left an indelible mark on de la Habaâs approach to composition and emotional resonance. His chosen palette is often intense, dynamic, and, at times, unflinching in its boldness, evoking feelings of hope and vitality while simultaneously prompting viewers to reflect on optimism even in the face of uncertainty and disorder. Photography also plays a crucial role in his creative process. Drawing from his extensive archive, he integrates documentary-style photography into his canvases, using storied locations as backdrops that enrich his work with urban stories and social context. By mixing photography and painting, de la Haba creates compositions that reflect the energy and pulse of the city, merging the ephemeral nature of street life with the permanence of fine art.
Since 2008, de la Haba has produced art-related ventures through his creative platform Bodega de la Haba. Notable projects include hosting literary events with Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Franz Wright, curating a survey of significant works by the celebrated artist Judy Rifka at Pulpo Gallery in Murnau am Staffelsee in Germany, and producing and narrating Terrence Browneâs Irish art history musical âHazel - Made In Belfastâ which premiered at Carnegie Hall.
In 2009, de la Haba was the Artist-in-Residence at âJack the Pelican Presentsâ, where he firmly cemented his notoriety with a provocative body of work.
In October 2024, de la Haba won the First Prize at the Durres International Biennale in Albania. A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, de la Haba has written on a number of artists including Billy the Artist, Richie Culver, Marcus Jansen, Cristina BanBan, Oscar Murillo, Al Diaz, California Locos (Dave TourjĂŠ, Chaz BojĂłrquez, John Van Hamersveld, Norton Wisdom and Gary Wong), Miya Ando, Andy Moses, Timothy Warren Williams, Lance De Los Reyes, Mel Bochner and many others. De la Haba's writings and artworks have been featured in many publications including The New York Times, Southampton Review, Rizzoliâs Irish America, New York Arts Magazine, and Portray.
De la Habaâs work has been exhibited internationally in numerous galleries and art shows.

These six artworks are from the âEasy Suiteâ series that started in February 2024.
The âEasy Suiteâ series emerged during the upheaval of the COVID pandemic when de la Haba began to embrace the word "easy" as a mantraâa visual reminder to take it easy on oneself and othersâoffering a pictorial antidote to a difficult time. The project gained momentum after de la Haba completed a large-scale mural at In the Know, a newly opened Manhattan retail space. There, he invited his friend Easy, a leading figure in New York's graffiti and street art scene, to tag his moniker on the mural. This sparked an urgent desire for further collaboration. The âEasy Suiteâ paintings are drawn from de la Haba's meticulously assembled personal archive, which spans 14 years, and incorporate imagery from culturally significant locations, including Jean-Michel Basquiat's former Bond Street studio.
The Easy Suite is rooted in a post-pandemic worldâborn from isolation, reflection, and collaboration. It captures a cultural shift toward emotional transparency and street-luxury fusion. As contemporary art embraces narrative and vulnerability, Gregory de la Habaâs deeply autobiographical yet publicly resonant style aligns perfectly with todayâs collectors. With institutional interest surging and street art maturing into museum fare, this series arrives at exactly the right cultural moment.
This six-painting portfolio offers an unmatched opportunity to own a defining chapter in Gregory de la Habaâs career. With compelling financial metrics, prestigious collaboration, and cultural gravity, the Easy Suite is both a personal reflection and a global artifactâready to anchor any serious contemporary art collection with substance and style.
