Pokémon cards are fundamentally not reprinted. Once an era goes "out of print," there are no new editions. 
 
In theory, a reprint is possible, but this is rather unlikely as deliberate abstention has been practiced thus far. Consequently, historically, the prices for booster boxes remain relatively stable.
