The buyer then had it, presumably in the same year, expertly bound in a calfskin cover by Grace Bindings in London, as confirmed by the "Grace Bindings" imprint on the lower rear endpaper. The calfskin cover was designed to replicate the motif of the original linen cover. Inside the book box, the central part of the original linen cover was pasted in, showing the inspiration for the new binding.
