Why investing in Michael Jordan memorabilia?
Born on February 17, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York, is an American basketball player widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time, which is why his figure is so sought after in memorabilia. He grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina, and excelled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 1982, he scored the game-winning shot in the NCAA national championship game. In 1984, the Chicago Bulls selected him in the NBA draft. Jordan led the Bulls to six NBA championships in the 1990s. His collaboration with Nike resulted in the iconic Air Jordan sneakers.

Early Career
In 1984, the Chicago Bulls drafted Michael Jordan. Jordan was 21 years old at the time and one of the best collegiate players in the country. Jordan became Chicago's franchise player, and the rest is history. Jordan put on a display in only his third game, scoring and defending against the Milwaukee Bucks. Jordan finished the game with 37 points, six steals, five assists, four rebounds, and two blocks. Jordan concluded his rookie season with the most points (2,313) in the league, averaging 28.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists, and 2.4 steals per game for the Bulls in 82 games. Jordan's amazing stats won him an NBA All-Star spot and earned him the 1985 Rookie of the Year award.

Legacy
Jordan went on to play 13 seasons for the Bulls, winning six championships and being voted Finals MVP six times. Jordan's individual accolades and accomplishments include five Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards, ten All-NBA First Team designations, nine All-Defensive First Team honors, fourteen NBA All-Star Game appearances, three All-Star Game MVP Awards, ten scoring titles, three steals titles, and the 1988 NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award. Jordan won two Olympic gold medals, including one as a member of the 1992 Dream Team. The Bulls retired Jordan's number 23, and in 2009, Jordan was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
