We are committed to providing the highest standards of storage, maintenance and insurance of your equipment on your behalf. The associated costs will be shared between the splint holders and included as an ongoing cost in relation to each asset. Exit fee 
When you sell an investment, you will be charged a flat fee of 2% of the transaction volume. This includes our expenses for sales on the secondary market, our costs for maintaining this market and our organisation of an asset sale at the end of the contract.

It marks one of only three occasions when Macallan has permitted the marriage of two single casks. The initial instances were for the weddings of Charles and Diana, followed by William and Kate. This marks just the third occurrence in history where two single casks have been united and released as part of a bottle collection. Only 271 bottles resulted from this marriage. 
 
Evaluating Compatibility 
Designated as Cask 2598 and Cask 5447, these casks held promise beyond their nondescript names. Despite lacking romantic allure, their shared history as neighbors in various distilleries for over twenty-five years hinted at compatibility. Aged to maturity, both casks possessed distinctive qualities suggesting a harmonious blend might be achievable. 
 
Unveiling Distinctive Flavors 
Cask 5447, the younger and lighter of the two, exuded fruity aromas with hints of vanilla and kiwi. Yet, its taste belied its gentle facade, offering a robust explosion of toffee, coffee, and bourbon-infused richness. Meanwhile, Cask 2598 showcased the warmth of toasted grains and a subtle sweetness from its aging process in bourbon and sherry casks, complemented by a touch of smoke. 
 
Initiating the Blending Process 
Despite Vintage Bottlers' lack of matchmaking experience, a decision was made to blend Cask 5447 and Cask 2598 under the guidance of the master blender. With careful consideration and anticipation, drop by drop, the two distinct whiskies were unified.
