Description

We present the most extraordinary whisky collection: The Macallan Six Pillars in Lalique collection. The set of six stunning crystal decanters contains six rare single malts from The Macallan, aged between 50 and 65 years.

The Macallan collaborated with French master crystal maker Lalique between 2005 and 2016 to release this unique and limited edition Six Pillars collection. Each bottle represents a pillar of the core values of the renowned distillery The Macallan.

We acquired a complete collection and will release it as an investment in five individual releases. The five investment opportunities have the same investment horizon, as it is highly likely that the collection will also be sold in its entirety rather than individually.

The fifth pillar of the collection was released in 2014 and features 62-year-old whisky. The edition is limited to 400 copies and celebrates the spiritual home of The Macallan, namely the Easter Elchies house, which is located on a hill in the heart of Speyside surrounded by fields on which they grow their barley. Meanwhile, of course, the property is also home to the new distillery. Three sides of the noble crystal decanter are reminiscent of the structure of the sandstone walls of the Easter Elchies house. On one side are the initials of Captain John Grant, which can also be seen on the date stone of the house.
