Multi-Currency Phase 2/3: Start Investing in CHF and GBP Today
In our initial launch of multi-currency support, we introduced the foundation for managing different currencies at Splint Invest — setting the stage for a more flexible investment experience.
Now, with Phase 2, we’re taking the next big step:
You can create new accounts in CHF or GBP and manage them right alongside your existing account — all in one app on the same device.
This opens up new opportunities to diversify and invest with the currency that suits you best.
What’s new in Phase 2
With this update, you can now:
- Add and manage multiple accounts with different currencies on the same device
- Switch seamlessly between them in the app
You’ll see a new option in your profile screen:
My Account → Add another account
From there, you can either:
- Create a new Splint Invest account in a different base currency, or
- Link an existing account.
All accounts appear in one place under your profile, so you can easily switch and track your investments side by side.
How to start investing in CHF or GBP
Until the option to migrate existing accounts to a new currency becomes available in Phase 3, you can open a new account in CHF or GBP right now.
Here’s how:
- In your Splint Invest app, go to Profile → My Account → Add another account
- Register with a different email address (each account needs a unique email)
- During registration, choose CHF or GBP as your base currency
- Complete the standard sign-up and verification steps
Once your new account is set up, it will appear in your app alongside your existing one — no separate login needed.
Important:
Each account must have its own unique email address, and once you choose your base currency, it cannot be changed later.
Switching between accounts
After adding your second account, you’ll notice a new account picker on your profile screen.
Tap it to switch between accounts instantly — the app will clearly show which account is active.
Your active account’s base currency will be visible:
- in your profile
- on your dashboard
- and during purchases and sales
This way, you always know which currency and account you’re using.
Keeping your Smart Club membership
Want to keep your Smart Club benefits for your new account?
It’s easy:
- Go to your profile screen in your existing account
- Tap your Smart Club invitation link
- Use that link to register your new account
You’ll keep your Smart Club perks seamlessly across both accounts.

Managing multiple accounts
You remain in full control:
- You can log out of one account without affecting others.
- You can delete an account permanently, and it won’t impact the others on your device.
Each account is managed independently — simple and secure.
What’s next: Phase 3
In Phase 3, we’ll enable the option to migrate your existing account into a new base currency — for example, from EUR to CHF.
That means you’ll be able to transition your full investment history and portfolio into your preferred currency without creating a new account. Stay tuned for updates — this next step is coming soon.
